Confirm the delivery details

Check the recipient name, phone, delivery address, product quantity, and COD amount. Resolve unclear addresses before booking. Make the parcel reference visible to the person packing the order.

Connect the store’s courier account

Connect your Pathao or Steadfast account in store settings using the credentials issued for your account. Review the available booking settings and the plan’s courier integration entitlement before dispatching orders.

Review the result of each booking

Keep the courier booking reference with the order. If a request times out, check whether a booking was created before trying again. Follow unsuccessful bookings through to a confirmed outcome before handing parcels to the rider.
